Become a Member

Being a member is more than a donation. It is a chance to get involved in our local mission

by working on local community-related projects, attending informative luncheons and meeting new people at spirited functions.

Your support of the Griffin-Spalding Historical Society is key to this organization’s ongoing success. We have a variety of membership levels to meet the needs of all members of our community.

Membership runs from June 1 through May 31 of each year.

Donation Tax Status

The Griffin-Spalding Historical Society, is a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  The Griffin-Spalding Historical Society exists to preserve and share the history of Griffin and Spalding County, and to promote the preservation and use of their historical places. Your donations help the Historical Society continue their mission.
